We will work with international partners to support vulnerable communities affected by climate-related disasters and invest in research and development to find innovative solutions to this global crisis.

As we rebuild our economy, we must also address systemic racism and promote social justice. That's why I've signed executive orders to reform our criminal justice system, expand voting rights, and increase access to affordable housing.
